our play areas are for children 6+ months (if able to sit on their own) up to 10 years old. parents must supervise their kids but must not sit or play on the equipment as it is suitable for kids only!

we DO NOT allow parties with face paint to book our packages as it PERMANENTLY STAINS the equipment

-adult supervision at all times! 

-shoes off & socks on 

-no food & drinks

-no sharp object

-no face paint, glitter, slime, ect

yes! all of our equipment (ball pit balls, ball pits, floor mats, bouncy castles, climbers, hoppers/bouncers, soft blocks, gates, ect) are sanitized and disinfected after each use. We use a non-toxic & fragrance free cleaners!

we offer customization options, we can add your personal touch such as adding names/themes to the bouncy castles,ball pit, soft blocks, & more! you can also choose from a variety of ball pit colours, and soft play to create a special, unique, & customized party- hassle free!

$150 refundable deposit is required to book which is also a damage deposit. this will be refunded the following day- given the equipment is not damaged and is in the same condition it was upon set up

 the delivery fee is determined by the item(s) being delivered & the location of the event- here is a list of the estimated delivery fee for reference!

we understand things happen & plans change! please cancel at least 7 days prior to your event to receive a your deposit refund in full
